    • Hoyle T Efird began what is today, United Oil of the Carolinas, in 1934 serving customers in and around Gaston County with Amoco Fuels. Since then we have grown to represent many national brands of gasoline and serving hundreds of retail and commercial customers in many counties in both North and South Carolina. Still a family owned and operated business celebrating over 80 years in business, United Oil continues to look for opportunities to expand its reach and serve its customers with the honesty and integrity that would make its founder proud.
